Having co-ordinated the social media output across multiple teams for different businesses in recent years, Tia supports the Destination Marketing service, focusing on client reporting and liaison with on-site teams across various retail and commercial locations.

A recent graduate in Business & Marketing Management, Molly plays a key role in the Destination Marketing team, creating and distributing a range of social content for multiple retail and commercial destinations, as well as co-ordinating events as part of their enlivenment programmes.

Previously a social media analyst and responsible for numerous paid media campaigns across various social channels, Leonie joined the Activate team in 2021 and delivers the digital content for retail and commercial schemes.  Leonie also assists with the implementation of on-site activity, working with centre managers to create a calendar of exciting events and enlivenment.

Having previously managed the master planning and delivery of Old Spitalfields Market, Andrew has delivered various placemaking projects for a wide range of investors, developers and local authorities, advising clients on commercially viable solutions for transforming spaces into destinations that deliver dynamic visitor experiences.

Having spent the past 10 years working in marketing within retail property and hospitality, Emma leads Activate’s Destination Marketing team, overseeing service delivery to support our clients’ destination marketing objectives, across offices and business parks, as well as retail and leisure spaces.
